Marian is an independent coach and consultant working on issues of racial and economic justice in the United States. She is also the co-founder of the Center for Community Investment (CCI) at the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy, where she leads the Fulcrum Fellowship and the Field Catalyst Program, two CCI initiatives that support leaders to take action for racial equity in their communities and the larger field of community investment.
