Naomi Cytron

Independent Consultant

Naomi works with public, philanthropic, academic, and community partners on research, program design, and field building oriented toward changing the systems that perpetuate inequality. Much of her 20-year career was with the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco’s Community Development team, where her portfolio included developing strategies to advance comprehensive neighborhood reinvestment, boosting access to early childhood education, mitigating displacement and gentrification, improving climate resilience, and strengthening data infrastructure for learning and evaluation.

Naomi received her master’s degree in city and regional planning from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her bachelor’s degree in biology from Macalester College.
